This function serves to adjust the size of stamps in a pdf document.
There are two ways to adjust the size of stamps in infra-CONVERT:

Multiple stamps per feature

This function is used to assign more a new stamp to an existing feature. This is useful for assigning stamps to undimensioned features in symmetrical drawings.
